2025 Scholarship Application

ELIGIBILITY

Applications are now open! Applicants must meet all three of the requirements noted to be considered for a Jazzy Fund Scholarship award.

Required

Applicant must reside in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Applicant must be enrolled or plan to enroll in an RN-BSN program.

Applicant must attend or plan to attend an accredited higher-learning institution.

Deadline:

Applications will close Jan. 31, 2026. Recipients will be notified by email and/or phone in late April 2026. All recipients are required to attend the scholarship award reception, which will take place in May 2026 at a place TBD. Scholarship award money will be sent directly to the recipient's college no later than July 2026. If you require application assistance, please contact us. The Jasmyn Nicolle Gooden Scholarship Fund may publicize your scholarship award and /or name/photo through local newspapers, on social media platforms, newsletters, our website and/or through other means or media outlets, present and future. Your decision to accept this scholarship may result in this publicity, therefore, you hereby consent to the publicizing of your information. The recipient hereby releases and holds harmless, The Jasmyn Nicolle Gooden Scholarship Fund and its Board of directors from any/and all liabilities, damages or claims of any kind resulting from the use, distribution of disclosure of the recipient’s name, photograph or any other information regarding the recipient.

I consent to the above authorization of publicity publication: I give permission to the Jasmyn Nicolle Gooden Scholarship Fund to publicize my scholarship award, including my name, image, college, and home county, in any media, including those mentioned above.
