The Jasmyn Nicolle Gooden Scholarship Fund may publicize your scholarship award and /or name/photo through local newspapers, on social media platforms, newsletters, our website and/or through other means or media outlets, present and future. Your decision to accept this scholarship may result in this publicity, therefore, you hereby consent to the publicizing of your information. The recipient hereby releases and holds harmless, The Jasmyn Nicolle Gooden Scholarship Fund and its Board of directors from any/and all liabilities, damages or claims of any kind resulting from the use, distribution of disclosure of the recipient’s name, photograph or any other information regarding the recipient.
